I had a little issue with my order i was kind of annoyed at first. You know how it is when something doesn’t show up right, or the details don’t match, or you’re checking your email every five minutes, or you start thinking, “Great, now I have to deal with customer service.” I reached out to Seedsman and they actually got back to me quickly. It took a couple of messages back and forth, like explaining the issue, confirming what happened, waiting for the next reply, that sort of thing, but they did sort it out and made it right in the end. Can’t really complain too much. Mistakes happen with any company, whether it’s shipping, packaging, stock, timing, whatever, but the important thing is how they deal with it. In this case, they were fair about it, so I’d use them again

The free seeds and bonuses were actually good, and I was happy with what I got. I did feel a little pressured to make a decision quickly, though, which made the experience slightly less relaxed than I expected.
